About

Twenty years of building and maintaining railways

Zenith Rail is led by Ben Cook, Director — a PMP® certified, Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner who has led rail construction projects internationally exceeding US$22 billion in value across Australia, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Experience that translates

Over more than 20 years I have built and maintained railways across Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia — from greenfield construction and commissioning through to long-term maintenance and renewal of live networks.

That background shapes how Zenith Rail works: advice is grounded in what actually happens at the track, in the depot and in the supply chain. Strategies are written to be executed, specifications are written to be built, and investment cases are written to survive scrutiny.

Clients include asset owners, operators, maintainers and contractors who need an independent, senior perspective without carrying a large consultancy overhead.

United Arab Emirates
